After having some gutter guards installed by another provider, now out of business, some of my shingles lifted up and I was concerned about possible moisture wicking or ice dams. I approached Gary Kline Roofing who were very friendly, professional, and willing to come by to give their expert opinion. They alleviated our concerns, even though the install was not up to their standards. They were honest and forthright and did not believe that we would have any issues. They also had some suggestions on what they would do to make it better, but due to our current budget constraints we will have to make due as is for now. However, I will be keeping Gary Kline Roofing on the top of our list for any roofing needs we may have in the future. Highly recommended! There was a huge wind in Dec 2021 that blew part of my roof off. I called Gary Kline Roofing, because I have always used them in the past, when wind and hail have done their worst to my roof.

Turns out that Gary has retired and his son Kane now operates the business. When a business changes hands you are never quite sure what to expect.

In spite of the fact that there were untold numbers of damaged roofs in Rochester as the result of the storm, Kane was out first thing the next day. He assessed the damage. Next day his crew tarped the roof (too cold to replace a roof, until Spring). He then helped with questions that had to be answered for my insurance claim, and set up a date to replace the roof in April.

When April came, Kline Roofing was there on the scheduled day and completed the work. We were in Arizona at the time, so we weren’t even around. Got back home in late May and inspected the new roof. Perfect, except for one shingle that the sun had expanded and caused to slightly buckle. Texted Kane, he was out the next day, personally, and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. Done!

I am happy to report that Gary Kline Roofing is being operated with the same expertise and outstanding customer service as the first time I used them, many years ago. It’s true - the apple does not fall far from the tree.

I highly recommend Gary Kline Roofing!

They put a new roof and gutters on my house and did an excellent job. They were very profession from the bid, to selecting the type and color of the shingles and gutter, and finished with an excellent installation. Kane was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient to listen and answer all my questions. I highly recommend them and would call them again for all my roofing projects.

Always great. My parents and I have both had our roofs done twice and neither of us would bother to call anyone else. Professional and efficient. A large crew shows up on time, the entire team work with a purpose and sense of urgency, and are done in a short time. After last years hail damage, I’ve watched multiple other company’s come into my neighborhood and take several days/weeks to finish jobs similar to mine when mine was done in a day, including supply drop off and clean up.
